One in four girls will experience child sexual abuse. These broken, abused children, if not given the opportunity to heal, grow into broken adults who are vulnerable to many of society’s injustices. This is the common story of the women we serve through Mend on the Move.
Your generous donation directly empowers and employs abuse survivors right here in Metro-Detroit by helping Mend reach abuse survivors where they are; giving them the encouragement and support they need through their healing process.
Where does your donation go?
$50 - provides supplies and equipment to employ 1 survivor maker.
$100 - provides employment for a survivor maker for 1 day.
$150 - provides a safe environment, in our mobile studio, for 5 survivor makers for 2 weeks.
